beyond, combining photorealistic digital printing, functional film lamination, and seamless 360°
printing. A wide range of finishing options provides additional ways to differentiate your product.
PRINTING
Achieve high-resolution, photo-realistic results with our advanced digital offset printing technology. Unlike conventional inkjet printing, digital offset delivers an exceptionally high level of resolution. The ultra-thin print layer is virtually negligible in the subsequent recycling process of the tube.
SURFACE FINISHING
Laminating
Film lamination protects the printed image against scratches, rubbed-off ink, and other forms of surface damage. It also prevents ink or varnish from coming into contact with the inside of the tube and, consequently, with your product. This helps protect your high-quality product from contamination by wet or unhardened paint and varnish particles.

Varnish / Spot
Spot varnishing, applied using custom printing plates, highlights selected design elements and creates distinctive visual effects.
Hot-Foil Embossing
Hot-foil embossing is a particularly high-quality finishing option that adds a distinctive tactile and visual effect. It can also be applied using custom embossing plates.

Personalisation / Individualisation
Artwork is compiled according to specifications defined in a predefined data source. Personalisation and individualisation options include labels, logos, or names, which can be combined with standard design elements.
Unique “One-of-a-Kind” Packaging
For one-of-a-kind packaging, individual print images are generated from a seed file. The software detects the individual sequences within the printed image, interchanges and scales them, and combines them with static elements such as a logo.
The result is a unique design for every tube.
